A few notes on this month’s Budget.
- Misc got bumped up this month to put some cash in my wallet. See why here.
- I gleefully increased my BTI allocation by $25 only to realize that that $25 is already spoken for. (It was a necessary payment, though not particularly enjoyable.)
- Entertainment went up because I really want to go to a seminar coming to town this month, and it’s not going to happen again any time soon. I’ll probably put less towards entertainment next month to make up for it.
- Social/sports nothing there as I have those expenses covered.
- Financial planning I’m a bit stuck on where to go for financial planning and tax preparation. The company that I was looking at provides investment advice and one income tax submission per year for $12 a month. Thing is they may only recommend investments from a certain company. I may end up moving my slush money to financial planning to pay for some one to do my income tax return.
